How do we check in?
Use the self-service check-in terminal when you arrive. Staff are available to help and introduce you to the experience.
Can everyone wear construction gear?
Yes. Hard hat helmets and hi-vis vests are available for every customer and staff member to wear as part of the construction experience.
Where do we operate the vehicles?
From the seating outside the rubber crumb pit. Nobody is allowed inside the pit — it is exclusively for the remote-controlled model vehicles.
Will someone show us the controls?
Our staff introduce your vehicle and remote control and remain on hand to help throughout the experience.
